Job summary

Levi, Ray & Shoup, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Technician for a 6-month contract in Colby, WI. You will provide on-site and remote support during a critical migration, handling hardware deployments and end-user issues with a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities include device setup, Intune management, printer/AV support, and tier-1 incident handling. Requires 4+ years IT support, Windows/AD/PowerShell proficiency, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT support in manufacturing or field settings.
• Strong Windows 10/11 setup and troubleshooting knowledge.
• Experience with Active Directory (basic tasks).
• PowerShell (entry-level scripting) and reporting.
• Microsoft Intune for device management.
• Imaging laptops and troubleshooting hardware.
• Able to lift/move hardware and travel occasionally.
• Fluent English; permanent USA work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial laptop setups and configure desktops, monitors, printers, and mobile devices.
• Provide hands-on hardware and peripheral support.
• Configure and support iPads via Microsoft Intune; deploy apps.
• Train users on iPad login/setup and basic troubleshooting.
• Manage iPads/mobile devices and inventory.
• Basic network troubleshooting and IP assignments.
• Assist on-site installations and infrastructure updates.
• Set up network printers and conference room AV.
• First-line local user support; manage AD permissions.
• Use PowerShell for data extraction and admin tasks.
• Assist in transitioning from on-site to remote support.
• Document local configurations and procedures.
