Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Field Tech Support in Milwaukee to install, operate, and support AV equipment for meetings and trainings. You will troubleshoot systems and provide responsive customer service.

Daily tasks include handling tickets, assisting with hardware distribution nationwide, and providing proactive and courteous support to end users in person. Requirements include 1–3 years IT experience, HS diploma with technical experience, and familiarity with Windows 11,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with up to 3 years relevant IT experience.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard AV and technical support problems.
• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.
• Intermediate math skills for percentages and calculations.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and support AV equipment for meetings, training sessions, and events.
• Maintain and troubleshoot AV systems, displays, projectors, and VC endpoints.
• Edit content for documentation of software applications and hardware environments.
• Create photographs, drawings, diagrams, and charts to illustrate the material.
• Conduct research and interviews with technical and business personnel.
• Provide ad-hoc technical assistance to end users as needed.
• Support changes or enhancements to templates and other documentation standards.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values.
• Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
• Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.
