Role: Desktop Support Analyst Location: Milwaukee, WI 53202 (Onsite) Job Type: Contract – 3 Months, with Potential for Full-Time Conversion Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a customer‑focused Desktop Support Analyst tto provide hands‑on IT and audiovisual (AV) support for training sessions, meetings, and internal users. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, managing support tickets, setting up AV equipment, and assisting with hardware distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and troubleshoot AV equipment, including displays, projectors, sound systems, and video conferencing tools.
• Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT issues.
• Manage support tickets and coordinate with desktop support teams.
• Support training sessions and ensure AV equipment functions properly.
• Assist with imaging, configuring, and distributing hardware across locations.
• Help maintain technical documentation and provide proactive customer service.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of IT support or technical troubleshooting experience.
• 5+ years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant technical experience.
• Working knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Milwaukee, WI.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Intune, Azure, and Active Directory.
• Familiarity with computer imaging and hardware deployment.
• Experience supporting AV equipment and video conferencing systems.
• Relevant IT certifications.
• Willingness to learn, collaborate, and work effectively within a team.
