Job summary

Paladin Consulting is seeking a Field Support Technician for a 3-month contract-to-hire in Milwaukee, WI. The role requires 1–3 years of IT experience and 5+ years in customer service, with strong Windows 11/Office 365 and imaging skills.

You will provide AV and technical support during training, resolve IT issues, manage support tickets, and assist with imaging and deployment while delivering professional end-user service.
