Job summary

Milwaukee Succeeds is seeking a Field Tech Support Analyst to set up, operate, and support AV equipment for meetings, trainings, and events at our Milwaukee site. You will troubleshoot displays, projectors, sound systems, and video conferencing endpoints, and provide proactive customer service to internal users.

The role requires 1–3 years IT experience and 5+ years in customer service, HS diploma with technical experience, and familiarity with Windows 11, Office 365, InTune, Azure, AD, and

Qualifications

• 1–3 years IT experience
• 5+ years in customer service
• Bachelor's degree preferred or combination of experience and education
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to solve standard AV and technical support problems

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and support AV equipment for meetings, trainings, and events.
• Maintain and troubleshoot AV systems including displays, projectors, sound systems, and video conferencing endpoints.
• Edit content for the documentation of software applications and hardware environments.
• Create visuals (photographs, drawings, diagrams) to illustrate material.
• Conduct research and interviews with technical and business personnel.
• Provide ad-hoc technical assistance to end users as needed.
• Support changes or enhancements to templates and other documentation standards.
• Work within standardized procedures to meet deadlines.
