Qualifications

• Imaging and reimaging Windows desktops and laptops.

Responsibilities

• Delivery and setup of PC equipment to end-users.
• Utilize ServiceNow to document work events and manage requests.
• Provision wireless devices and support remote connections as needed.
• Follow SDLC/ESD safety practices and maintain asset inventory.
