Job summary

IT Voice is seeking an Onsite IT Support Technician to resolve hardware and software issues, install and configure IT systems, and ensure reliable operation of IT infrastructure on client sites. The role requires hands-on technical skills and a proactive, customer-focused approach.

You will provide desk-side support, install and troubleshoot IT systems, and maintain thorough documentation. The position entails regular on-site engagement, with a strong emphasis on reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalency is required.
• US work authorization with a valid driver's license.
• Basic PC and peripheral experience required.
• Familiarity with MS365 is favorable.
• Punctual, courteous, and professional demeanor required.
• 1-2 years of support experience and willingness to learn are favorable.
• Dependable transportation to the customer site is required.
• Must be located in the Houston, TX area due to onsite engagement.
• Strong drive to get things done and a passion for technology.
• Willingness to admit mistakes and learn from them.
• Good communication skills with the ability to give and receive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provide desk-side support for hardware and software issues, including PCs and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot IT systems and applications.
• Ensure the smooth operation of on-site IT systems and networks.
• Collaborate with the IT Voice technical support team to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain documentation of IT systems, procedures, and configurations.
