Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing hardware and software issues.
• Experience with asset management and inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, test and troubleshoot IT systems for VA customers.
• Diagnose issues using ServiceNow and document changes and tasks.
• Provision endpoints; perform imaging, adds/moves/changes, and OS patching.
• Monitor systems with tools like SCOM and provide optimization recommendations.
• Perform asset management, inventory, disposal and turnover of equipment.
• Occasionally assist with door access and escort duties on site.
