Job summary

Hcl America Solutions Inc is seeking an onsite L2 IT support professional to provide deskside/OSS/FSO technical assistance for desktops, laptops, tablets, smartphones, AV equipment, and related devices. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to travel to remote locations as needed.

You will perform OS imaging, software installation, and troubleshooting, maintaining device health and SLAs.

Qualifications

• Provide Deskside/OSS/FSO technical support for desktops, laptops, tablets, mobiles and AV equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside/OSS/FSO technical support to desktops, laptops, tablets, smartphones, telephony, AV equipment, and related devices.
• Perform OS imaging/deployments on legacy hardware (e.g., Windows 7/10) and maintain device health.
• Troubleshoot hardware, OS, drivers, and applications; adhere to SLAs and standards.
• Coordinate with business owners for incident and request management, including remote and on-site Smart Hands support.
• Maintain up-to-date OS versions and perform routine health checks and remediation.
