• Deliver first- and second-level technical support across local and remote environments.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software and document incidents in the IT ticketing system.
• Escalate issues to maintain SLAs and operational consistency.
• Perform imaging/staging of desktops, laptops and related devices.
• Provide technical support to Hertz customers on system equipment.
• Travel to various sites on demand.
• Install and configure PC hardware.
• Manage ServiceNow ticket queue.
• On-site and in-house servicing, repair and installation of company products.
