Ovation Workplace Services is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform on-site or in-house servicing, installation, and repair of PCs, laptops, mobile devices, servers, and networking equipment. You will deliver technical support to end-users and assist internal teams with IT service requests to maintain smooth operations.
The role requires strong imaging and staging skills, hands-on hardware knowledge, and the ability to travel to client sites as needed.
Competenze
- 4+ years of hands-on technical knowledge of laptop and desktop design and software installation.
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT support field.
- Possess 2 to 3 years’ experience in a break/fix environment and able to lift heavy equipment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience providing IT technical support to senior leaders is a plus.
Mansioni
- Imaging, staging, and deploying desktops, laptops, and related devices.
- Troubleshoot and maintain software and peripheral devices.
- Provide on-site or remote technical support to end users.
- Assist with IMAC tasks and hardware configurations.
- Manage ticket queues and respond to end-user issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other IT staff to resolve complex issues.
