Zodiac Solutions, Inc. is seeking an on-site IT Support Specialist to handle PC, laptop, printer, and device deployments. You will perform imaging, software installation, and remote assistance, with after-hours on-call duties as required.
Expect occasional travel to nearby sites and strict adherence to documented processes. You will work in a fast-paced environment, leveraging ServiceNow for ticket handling, and ensuring end-user satisfaction while maintaining asset inventory and security
Competenze
- Experience performing on-call IT support during evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Hands-on imaging and reimaging Windows OS on desktops and laptops.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS family.
- Experience with Active Directory and GPO.
- Familiarity with SCCM and software deployment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move equipment safely.

- Provide on-site and remote IT hardware support.
- Imaging and deploying Windows OS and applications.
- Repair and replacement of peripherals and devices.
- Manage printers and endpoints in an enterprise environment.
- Document work in the ticketing system and ensure customer satisfaction.
