Job summary

Align Technology is seeking a Territory Manager to drive revenue and case volume with orthodontists and general dentists in a field-based Pennsylvania territory. You will apply Invisalign and iTero sales strategies, build executive relationships, and help practices modernize through digital solutions.

The role requires strong consultative selling, territory planning, and CRM proficiency, with a focus on delivering superior patient outcomes and practice growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; minimum 4 years in sales (B2B or medical/dental devices)
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to discuss business metrics (cash flow, ROI, P&L)
• Comfort discussing Invisalign and iTero products; proficient with MS Office and CRM systems

Responsibilities

• Use consultative selling to educate customers and help modernize their practices
• Achieve quarterly and annual territory sales targets
• Manage a defined geography of orthodontists and general dentists; onboard high potential accounts
• Plan and execute a territory plan based on potential in each account
• Create and execute account plans for top opportunities; understand goals and challenges
• Utilize data to help customers drive decision making and educate on Align products
