Job summary

Align Technology, Inc. seeks a Territory Manager for Reading, PA, to drive Invisalign and iTero solutions with orthodontists and general dentists. You will manage a defined territory, execute strategic account plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to grow revenue and improve patient outcomes.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, data-driven decision making, and agile, process-improvement approaches to help practices modernize and scale their business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience required; minimum of 4 years of experience in sales.
• Experience can be outside B2B sales or industry experience in medical/dental devices or related fields.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative selling to educate customers on industry and opportunities to modernize their practice.
• Achieve quarterly and yearly territory sales targets.
• Manage a defined geography of Orthodontists and General Dentists; onboard high-potential accounts.
• Plan and execute Territory and account plans based on potential.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to articulate fit with Align products and solutions.
• Engage customers in a virtual selling environment when needed.
