Job summary

Altitude Group is seeking a Direct Sales Representative to join our field team in the Canton, GA area. You will visit local businesses, present supplemental insurance products, and build lasting client relationships.

This outside sales role offers independence, a structured pay plan, and ongoing professional development. You'll work face-to-face with decision-makers, manage your own schedule, and pursue monthly and quarterly targets within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic and eager to learn in a field-based role.
• Sales background is a plus; strong people skills are essential.
• Willing to work full-time (40 hours/week) and manage a personal book of business.
• Demonstrated track record of high performance and helping others.

Responsibilities

• Visit small to mid-sized businesses in the assigned territory to present offerings.
• Engage with owners, managers, and employees to explain supplemental insurance products.
• Set follow-up appointments and meet monthly/quarterly targets and quotas.
• Build and maintain a personal book of business and relationships with clients.
• Present to groups of 50–100+ employees when required, in-person.
• Submit sales metrics and maintain regular communication with the sales manager.
