Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of professional outside sales experience.
• Licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Willing to work a full-time 40-hour work week.
• Excellent people skills with ability to overcome objections.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to present supplemental insurance products.
• Deliver on-site presentations and build a local book of business.
• Set follow-up appointments and manage monthly/quarterly targets.
• Balance cold outreach with warm leads and referrals.
• Submit sales metrics and activity to manager regularly.
