Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an Area Installation Specialist to support the customer experience throughout the install lifecycle. You will perform technical measures, pre-inspection reviews, and job site inspections to ensure quality and THD standards are met.

You will manage multiple install jobs, coordinate with service providers, approve changes, and drive on-time project completion while keeping customers informed and satisfied.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• 25% Customer Experience - Initiates and maintains regular communication with customers across the install life-cycle; resolves questions or changes; manages open services and care tickets.
• 60% Job Process Management - Manages all jobs in assigned area; conducts measurements, product affirmations, JSIs, badge checks, and ensures scope changes are documented.
• 15% Operations - Handles customer inquiries, resolves services, and uses reports to improve install experience.
