Job summary

Power Home Remodeling Group is seeking an Install Manager to oversee installation partners and guide crews in the field. You will ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across installations while advising management on partner performance and retention decisions.

The role requires a high school diploma and 2-4 years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and OSHA 10. Certifications VSI, AAMA, and Lead are valued and may be obtained after hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 2-4 years of related work experience are required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites.
• OSHA 10, VSI, AAMA certifications; Lead certification required or received on employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee install partners’ work and verify adherence to company standards and policies.
• Determine corrective actions during inspections and communicate them to partners.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and regulatory requirements across installations.
• Evaluate partner performance and manage scheduling and potential termination decisions.
• Work on site with customers to address questions, concerns, and satisfaction in real time.
• Negotiate material pricing with customers and offer sales recommendations based on needs.
• Manage collections when applicable and ensure timely payments.
• Ensure all materials meet company standards and address defects or quality issues.
• May perform installation or repair tasks and identify needed parts.
• Maintain and drive to multiple sites using company vehicle as needed.
