Power Home Remodeling Group in Columbus, OH seeks an Install Manager to oversee field installations and vendor partners, ensuring OSHA-compliant, high-quality work and on-time delivery. You will lead install crews, guide pricing negotiations, and resolve customer concerns on-site with minimal supervision.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2–4 years of related experience, and current licenses/certifications (OSHA 10, VSI, AAMA, Lead) or the ability to obtain them.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 2-4 years of related work experience is required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be capable of driving to, and between, sites.
• OSHA 10, VSI, AAMA Certification, Lead Certification required or will be provided after employment.
• Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Assess install partners’ installations and service calls for adherence to policies.
• Determine actions when issues arise during inspection.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and regulatory adherence.
• Evaluate install partner performance and manage scheduling.
• Direct install partners and crews in-field and provide guidance.
• Interact with customers on site to address questions and satisfaction.
• Negotiate pricing and provide sales recommendations.
• Manage payments collections when necessary.
• Ensure materials meet company standards and handle quality concerns.
• May perform services and repairs requiring parts.
• Drive to sites as needed.
• Complete administrative tasks.
