Job summary

Power Home Remodeling is seeking an Install Manager to lead vendor management and field installations. The role oversees install partners and their crews, ensuring high-quality workmanship and compliance with standards while guiding daily operations.

You will work on-site with customers, evaluate performance, and coordinate scheduling and pricing discussions. A valid driver’s license and relevant certifications are required; company vehicle duties may apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 2-4 years of related work experience is required.
• Licenses/certifications required: VSI, AAMA Certification, OSHA 10, Lead Certification (will be provided if not held).

Responsibilities

• Assess install partners’ installations and service calls for compliance with policies.
• Decide action during issues identified in the inspection process.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and adherence to laws and regulations for branded work.
• Evaluate partner performance and manage scheduling and allocation of installation and repair jobs.
• On-site with customers to answer questions and resolve concerns in real time.
