Job summary

Power Home Remodeling Group seeks an Install Manager to supervise installations and guide vendor partners to ensure high-quality workmanship and OSHA-compliant practices in the field. You will serve as the lead face of installation operations with minimal supervision.

You will negotiate pricing, manage schedules, and advise management on partner retention, while maintaining customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies through hands-on field engagement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 2–4 years related work experience.
• VSI, AAMA Certification, OSHA 10, Lead Certification (will receive upon employment if not currently certified).
• Valid driver’s license required to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and enforce high quality installation standards across partners and crews.
• Assess and address issues during installations and service calls.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and regulatory adherence for all branded work.
• Manage scheduling and distribution of installation and repair jobs; recommend partner retention or termination.
• Negotiate material pricing with customers and identify additional sales opportunities.
• Handle related payment collections and maintain customer satisfaction.
