Job summary

Power Home Remodeling is seeking an Install Manager to lead install partners and crews, ensuring high-quality installations and field guidance across sites. You will supervise in-field operations, enforce standards, and collaborate with management to optimize performance and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, 2–4 years of related experience, and certifications such as VSI/AAMA/OSHA 10/Lead as applicable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 2-4 years of related work experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Independently assesses install partners’ installations and service calls to confirm adherence to operating practices and policies.
• Determines actions when issues arise during inspections.
• Ensures OSHA compliance and adherence to laws and regulations for all company-branded work.
• Evaluates install partner performance and can schedule and distribute work; may recommend retention or termination.
• Works on site with customers to address questions and resolve concerns in real time.
• Negotiates and adjusts material pricing with customers and makes additional sales recommendations.
• Manages related payment collections when necessary.
• Ensures materials meet company standards and addresses defects to maintain quality and satisfaction.
• May perform services and repairs requiring parts procurement.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel between sites.
