Job summary

Power Home Remodeling in Wisconsin seeks an Install Manager who will lead install partners and crews, enforce high quality standards, and serve as the face of the company in the field. You’ll guide on-site installations, resolve customer questions in real time, and ensure OSHA-compliant practices.

This role requires a High School Diploma and 2–4 years of related experience, industry certifications (VSI, AAMA, OSHA 10, Lead), and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 2–4 years of related work experience.
• VSI, AAMA Certification, OSHA 10, Lead Certification (will be provided if not held).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Independently assesses install partners’ installations and service calls for compliance.
• Manage scheduling and distribution of installation and repair jobs.
• Oversee on-site customer interactions and resolve concerns in real time.
• Negotiate material pricing with customers and make recommendations.
• Ensure OSHA and company standards are met for all materials and work.
• Perform services and repairs as needed, including parts sourcing.
