Job summary

Power Home Remodeling Group seeks an Install Manager to lead and supervise installation partners and crews in the field, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. The role centers on enforcing standards, guiding field operations, and driving efficient installation workflows across sites.

You will assess partner performance, manage scheduling and pricing discussions, and perform on-site troubleshooting with customers while maintaining strict adherence to OSHA and company

Qualifications

High School Diploma and 2-4 years of related work experience.
Valid driver's license and ability to drive between sites.
OSHA 10, Lead Certification; VSI or AAMA certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee install partners and crews, ensuring projects meet company standards.
Assess installation quality and address issues during inspections.
Ensure OSHA compliance and adherence to laws and internal policies.
Manage scheduling and, when needed, retention/termination of partners.
Interact with customers on-site to resolve concerns in real time.
Negotiate material pricing and provide sales recommendations.
