Job summary

Power Home Remodeling is seeking an Install Manager who will oversee the company’s install partners and their crews, ensuring high quality standards and compliant installations. The role is field-focused with minimal supervision, directly engaging customers to resolve issues in real time.

The position requires a high school diploma and 2–4 years of related experience, with required licenses/certifications. Competitive benefits include medical, dental, 401(k), and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 2-4 years of related work experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive to sites as needed.
• VSI, AAMA Certification, OSHA 10, Lead Certification (will be received upon employment if not currently certified)

Responsibilities

• Independently assess install partners’ installations and service calls for adherence to practices and policies.
• Determine action when issues arise during inspections.
• Ensure all work is OSHA-compliant and meets regulations.
• Evaluate partner performance and manage scheduling and distribution of work.
• Work on site with customers to address questions and assess satisfaction in real time.
• Negotiate and adjust material pricing with customers and make sales recommendations.
• Manage related payment collections when necessary.
• Ensure all installation materials meet company standards and address defects to maintain quality.
• May perform services and repairs as needed and verify required parts.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel between sites.
• Complete administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by Management.
