Power Home Remodeling seeks an Install Manager to oversee the company’s installation processes and partner crews, ensuring high quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. You will lead vendor relationships and enforce policies across field operations.

The role is field-focused with on-site work and periodic coordination with management. Requires a valid driver's license and 2–4 years of related experience with certifications ideally in VSI/AAMA/OSHA 10 and Lead Certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 2-4 years of related work experience required.
• VSI, AAMA Certification, OSHA 10, Lead Certification required or to be obtained after employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee install partners and crews, enforce quality standards.
• Field-facing role, provide guidance to customers and resolve concerns in real time.
• Manage scheduling and distribution of installation and repair jobs.
• Negotiate pricing with customers and advise on needs-based sales.
• Assist with payment collections and ensure compliance with standards.
• Drive to and between sites as needed and handle on-site inquiries.
