Job summary

Power Home Remodeling Group seeks an Install Manager to lead partner crews, enforce high installation standards, and serve customers in the field. The role requires on-site work with minimal supervision and involves direct customer interaction to ensure satisfaction.

Responsibilities include evaluating partner performance, scheduling, pricing negotiations, and ensuring OSHA compliance across installations. A valid driver’s license is required to travel between sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 2–4 years of related work experience required.
• Certifications VSI, AAMA, OSHA 10, and Lead Certification preferred or to be obtained.
• Strong vendor management, customer service, and negotiation skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee install partners and crews, ensuring quality and OSHA compliance.
• Assess installations and service calls, directing action to resolve issues.
• Schedule and allocate install/repair work; recommend partner retention or termination.
• Work on-site with customers to address questions and ensure satisfaction.
• Negotiate material pricing and provide product recommendations.
