Power Home Remodeling Group is seeking an Install Manager to lead field installations and vendor partnerships.

You will oversee install partners and crews, ensure OSHA-compliant practices, and maintain high installation quality while advising management on partner performance. The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to travel between sites, and strong customer-facing communication. Salary is $60,000 per year with benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 2–4 years of related work experience.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to drive between sites as needed.
• OSHA 10, Lead Certification and related licenses may be required or obtained on hire.

Responsibilities

• Independently assesses install partners’ installations and service calls to confirm adherence to operating practices and policies.
• Determines action to take when issues arise during the inspection process.
• Confirms all company-branded work is OSHA-compliant and meets regulations.
• Evaluates install partner performance and manages scheduling and distribution of jobs; may recommend retention or termination.
• Works on site with customers to answer questions and resolve concerns in real time.
• Negotiates and adjusts material pricing with customers and makes additional sales recommendations.
• Manages associated payment collections when necessary.
• Ensures materials meet company standards and addresses defects to maintain quality and satisfaction.
