Job summary

Power Home Remodeling Group is seeking an Install Manager to lead and oversee install partners, ensuring high-quality installations and strong customer satisfaction. This role acts as the face of the company’s vendor management, directing crews and guiding daily operations in the field with minimal supervision.

The position requires a High School Diploma with 2–4 years related experience, VSI/AAMA/OSHA 10/Lead certifications, and strong negotiation and customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 2-4 years of related work experience.
• Licenses: VSI, AAMA Certification, OSHA 10, Lead Certification (Will receive upon employment if not currently certified).
• Excellent customer service and ability to work independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Independently assess install partners’ installations and service calls for adherence to practices and policies.
• Determine actions when issues arise during inspections.
• Ensure OSHA-compliance and regulatory standards for all branded work.
• Evaluate install partner performance and manage scheduling/retention decisions.
• Work on site with customers to address questions and resolve concerns in real time.
• Negotiate and adjust material pricing with customers and make sales recommendations.
• Manage related payment collections when necessary.
• Ensure materials meet standards and take steps to address defects or quality issues.
• May perform on-site services and repairs, including identifying required parts.
• Possess valid driver’s license and be able to travel between sites.
• Complete administrative tasks as needed.
• Other duties as assigned byManagement.
