Power Home Remodeling Group is seeking an Install Manager to lead installation operations and direct vendor partners in the field. You will ensure high quality, compliant installations and serve as the face of the company on sites.

The role requires managing customer interactions, negotiating pricing, and ensuring timely, satisfactory completions while upholding safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 2–4 years of related work experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• OSHA 10, VSI, AAMA certifications; Lead certification (will be provided if not held).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and enforce high quality installation standards.
• Lead and manage vendor partners and crews throughout installations.
• Provide guidance, field support, and real‑time customer issue resolution.
• Negotiate and adjust material pricing with customers as needed.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and adherence to company policies.
