Job summary

Power Home Remodeling seeks an Install Manager to lead partner oversight and drive high-quality installations in the field. You will work on-site with customers, guide install partners and crews, and ensure policy adherence throughout the installation process.

You will negotiate pricing, manage scheduling and payments, and perform necessary services while maintaining safety and regulatory standards. A driver’s license and relevant certifications help ensure success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 2–4 years related experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites.
• Certifications (VSI, AAMA, OSHA 10, Lead) either held or obtained on employment.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to oversee install partners and ensure OSHA/compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee install partners and crews to ensure quality and compliance.
• Direct scheduling and distribution of installation and repair jobs.
• Inspect installations for OSHA compliance and company standards.
• Interact with customers on-site to address questions and resolve concerns.
• Negotiate pricing with customers and manage payments when needed.
• Perform services or repairs as necessary.
