Job summary

Groundworks, LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team. You will travel within a Michigan sales territory to perform in-home inspections, educate homeowners on foundation solutions, and generate proposals with our proven systems.

You will earn uncapped commissions and participate in extensive training programs. The role emphasizes client-facing consultations, relationship building, and driving growth within a leading North American foundation solutions brand.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in a commission, B2C or in-home sales environment is a plus.
• Experience in construction or home improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Utilize warm pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business.
• Diagnose issues homeowners have and provide solution options.
• Estimate repairs and provide homeowners with generated job proposals.
• Close sales with customers in the home and maintain relationships while tracking pipeline.
