Groundworks, North America's leader in foundation solutions, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to travel within the territory, conduct in-home inspections, and close sales with homeowners. You will leverage company-generated leads, educate homeowners on foundation issues, and propose repair options while building lasting relationships.

Top performers earn substantial uncapped commissions, with a strong training program and support to advance your career.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in commission-driven sales, business-to-consumer and/or in-home sales is a plus.
• Experience in Construction or Home Improvement is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial attitude focused on driving performance and customer service.

Responsabilités

• Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Utilize warm pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business.
• Diagnose and educate homeowners on issues and provide solution options.
• Estimate repairs and provide homeowners with generated job proposals.
• Close sales with customers in the home.
• Maintain relationships with customers while tracking sales lead pipeline.
