Job summary

Groundworks, LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to conduct in‑home inspections and build a book of business within a defined territory. You will diagnose issues, present options, estimate repairs, and close sales on-site with homeowners.

This role includes training, access to company leads, and a pathway to elite recognition through our ownership program. The position offers uncapped commissions, a strong training program with pay, and travel for a regional training class.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in commission‑driven sales, B2C and/or in‑home sales is a plus.
• Experience in Construction or Home Improvement is a plus.
• An entrepreneurial attitude focused on driving performance and customer service.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Travel within sales territory to conduct in‑home inspections.
• Utilize warm pre‑qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business.
• Diagnose and educate homeowners on issues and provide solution options.
• Estimate repairs and provide homeowners with generated job proposals.
• Close sales with customers in the home.
• Maintain relationships with customers while tracking sales lead pipeline.
