Job summary

Groundworks, LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in the Rochester Hills area to conduct in-home assessments, provide customized foundation and water management recommendations, and close deals with homeowners. The role involves travel within the territory and leveraging warm leads to build a local book of business.

You'll join a leading home-services brand with strong training, support, and uncapped commission potential, plus pathways for advancement.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial attitude focused on driving performance and customer satisfaction.
• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in a commission, B2C or in-home sales environment is a plus.
• Experience in construction or home improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel within the sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Develop and maintain a book of business using warm leads.
• Diagnose homeowner issues and educate on solution options.
• Estimate repairs and present proposals to homeowners.
• Close sales in the home and nurture ongoing relationships.
• Report to the branch and participate in sales initiatives.
