Job summary

Groundworks, North America's leader in foundation solutions, seeks Outside Sales Representatives to diagnose issues in-home and present repair options. You will travel within your territory, leverage pre-qualified leads, and build a book of business while earning uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in commission-driven sales is a plus.
• Experience in construction or home improvement is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial attitude focused on performance and customer service.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Utilize warm pre-qualified leads to develop a book of business.
• Diagnose issues and educate homeowners on solutions.
• Estimate repairs and present generated job proposals.
• Close sales with customers in the home.
• Maintain relationships with customers and track sales pipeline.
