Groundworks Operations, LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to visit homeowner homes within the assigned Michigan territory, assess needs, and propose foundation repair and water management solutions. You’ll be backed by a trusted, nationwide brand and receive thorough training.

The role emphasizes independence, accountability, and a strong funnel of pre-qualified leads, with travel required to customer sites.

Formación

• Entrepreneurial attitude focused on performance and customer satisfaction.
• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in commission, B2C or in-home sales is a plus.
• Experience in construction or home improvement is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Travel within the sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Develop and maintain a book of business from warm leads.
• Educate homeowners on issues and provide solution options.
• Estimate repairs and present generated job proposals.
• Close sales with customers in the home.
• Maintain relationships and track sales pipeline.
• Report to the branch for team initiatives.
