Groundworks Operations, LLC, North America’s leader in foundation solutions, is seeking Outside Sales Representatives (Certified Field Inspectors) to deliver real solutions in homeowners’ lives. You’ll travel within your territory to conduct in-home inspections and develop a book of business with warm pre-qualified leads.

Earn uncapped commissions with strong training, company-generated leads, and a path to top earnings.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred
• Experience in commission-driven or in-home sales is a plus
• Entrepreneurial attitude focused on performance
• Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections
• Utilize warm pre-qualified leads to develop a book of business
• Diagnose homeowner issues and present solution options
• Estimate repairs and prepare generated job proposals
• Close sales with customers in the home
• Maintain relationships and track sales pipeline
• Report to work on time each day
