Job summary

Groundworks is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to expand our home foundation solutions business. You will meet homeowners in their homes, conduct inspections, educate on repair options, and design customized proposals.

This full-time role offers uncapped commission, paid training, company-provided leads, and potential for advancement. Travel within the defined territory and independence are required; prior in-home or construction experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred.
• Experience in commission-based or in-home sales is a plus.
• Construction or home improvement experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Utilize warm pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business.
• Diagnose and educate homeowners on issues and provide solution options.
• Estimate repairs and provide homeowners with generated proposals.
• Close sales with customers in the home.
• Maintain relationships with customers while tracking sales lead pipeline.
