Moss is hiring a Human Resources Field Coordinator to support our utility-scale solar projects. You will partner with field leadership to deliver HR services across the employee lifecycle, ensuring a positive experience and operational success.

You will manage onboarding, changes, transfers, promotions, and offboarding, while assisting payroll and policy guidance. Travel or relocation may be required as projects vary across Moss sites.

Formación

• 2+ years in HR, employee relations, payroll, or workforce coordination.
• Experience supporting hourly employees, field operations, or fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and policy application.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with employees and leaders at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Bilingual Spanish and/or Creole is a plus.
• Construction, energy, or industrial industry experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary HR partner for project sites and field teams, delivering hands-on HR support.
• Collaborate with project leaders to address workforce needs, concerns, and HR matters.
• Support onboarding, changes, transfers, promotions, and offboarding activities.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and ensure smooth integration into Moss.
• Assist payroll accuracy by reviewing timekeeping and attendance data.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and company programs, escalating complex matters.
• Maintain accurate HR records and support compliance reporting.
• Partner with HR and operations on audits, apprenticeships, and workforce initiatives.
