Job summary

Okta is seeking a Field GTM Lead for Sales Acceleration in Okta Secures AI. You’ll work alongside sellers and account teams, leading initiatives to move deals forward and refining sales motions based on field feedback.

In this field-facing role, you’ll own playbooks, messaging, and win-room activities to accelerate conversion while traveling for events and customer engagements. Equity and bonus opportunities are part of total rewards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in inbound product marketing or related field with direct customer exposure.
• Track record owning pipeline, bookings, or conversion for field engagements.
• Ability shaping positioning based on live customer signals and run strategic deal sessions.
• Willingness to travel regularly for events and engagements.
• Judgment to build trust with sellers and account teams by acting on feedback.

Responsibilities

• Get in front of customers and prospects with sellers on live deal pursuits of varying audience sizes.
• Travel to speak at in-person events, representing Okta Secures AI and refining the narrative.
• Run win rooms and build sales-play motions to move deals through the pipeline and track conversions.
• Own pitch decks and one-pagers for live deals and events, ensuring positioning holds up to buyers.
• Turn recurring deal friction into reusable fixes: sharper play, new asset, or process change.
• Earn a standing seat at QBRs and win rooms by turning seller feedback into usable insights.
• Keep messaging and deal materials current as field feedback lands.
