Okta is seeking a strategic GTM leader to own readiness for the Secures AI product line across the full customer lifecycle. You will shape messaging, positioning, and competitive strategies, ensuring SEs, FDEs, and field teams can win in early conversations and deployments.

You will lead both pre-sales and post-sales readiness initiatives, partnering with delivery and services to scale repeatable use cases, reference architectures, and playbooks while measuring impact on win rates and deployment

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product marketing, GTM strategy, or sales engineering for technical B2B products.
• Security or identity experience is a plus.
• Strong messaging, positioning, and persona skills.
• Experience guiding readiness across pre- and post-sales.
