Job summary

Okta is seeking a GTM Process & Productivity Tools Manager in Bellevue. You will design and optimize how conversational data powers the global sales lifecycle, working with Sales, Pre-Sales, and XDR teams to reduce operational friction and enable faster, data-driven decisions.

You will partner with Analytics, Operations, and BT to ensure scalable CI solutions, improve forecast accuracy, and drive revenue growth across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Field Process Design.
• Ability to build and scale sales workflows that align with technology.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize CI-driven sales workflows that align with GTM strategy.
• Ensure CI insights are used at key milestones across Sales, Pre-Sales, and XDRs.
• Partner with Analytics & Operations to turn conversational data into insights.
• Audit CRM data for forecast accuracy and pipeline health.
• Collaborate with BT/Systems to map requirements and drive technical execution.
