Job summary

NetBox Labs is hiring a Senior Manager, GTM Enablement to design and scale our revenue enablement program across AE, SDR, SE, Customer Success, and partner teams. This hands-on role builds onboarding, certification, and ongoing reinforcement, turning product detail into clear customer value and repeatable sales plays.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Sales Enablement, GTM Enablement, or Sales Operations at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
• Prior experience as a quota-carrying seller with a track record of moving deals through a technical sales cycle.
• Strong technical aptitude and a track record building enablement for technical products and complex enterprise cycles.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue enablement end to end for AE, SDR, SE, Customer Success, and partner-facing teams.
• Own seller ramp and certification with onboarding paths that shorten time to first deal.
• Turn product into sales-ready guidance with discovery frameworks, sales plays, and battlecards.
• Operationalize product launches as a continuous motion with regular updates and new plays.
• Build AI-native enablement by deploying AI-assisted content generation and knowledge retrieval.
• Partner with frontline revenue managers on coaching and reinforcement to embed enablement in manager behavior.
• Define and track enablement KPIs and improve the program based on data and feedback.
