Okta is seeking a Field GTM Lead for Sales Acceleration in a field-facing role located in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will work directly with sellers and account teams to move deals forward, shape the sales motion, and accelerate conversion across AI security offerings.

You will run win rooms, build compelling playbooks, and own deal materials while staying attuned to live customer signals to refine positioning and messaging for field success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in inbound product marketing or related field with direct customer exposure.
• Track record owning a pipeline, bookings, or conversion metric tied to field engagement.
• Ability to shape positioning and messaging from live customer signals and run rooms.
• Experience analyzing deal and pipeline data to diagnose stalls and recommend actions.
• Willingness to travel regularly for in-person events and customer engagements.

Responsabilités

• Engage directly with customers and prospects alongside sellers on live deals.
• Travel to speak at in-person events representing Okta Secures AI.
• Run win rooms and build sales-play motions to move deals through the pipeline.
• Own pitch decks and one-pagers for live deals and events.
• Turn recurring deal friction into reusable fixes: a sharper play, a new asset, a messaging shift, or a process change.
• Earn a standing seat at QBRs by turning seller feedback into usable assets.
• Keep messaging and materials current with field feedback.
