Okta is seeking a Field GTM Lead for Sales Acceleration within the Okta Secures AI line, based in the US with travel to key cities. You will work alongside sellers and account teams to advance deals, shape market messaging, and drive playbooks that accelerate conversion.

You will own live deal materials, participate in win rooms, and push improvements based on field feedback. A background in inbound product marketing or related roles and a proven pipeline track are essential.

Competenze

• 5+ years in inbound product marketing, sales, partner, customer marketing, or growth roles for a technical B2B product.
• Track record owning a pipeline, bookings, or conversion number tied to direct field engagement.
• Comfort shaping positioning and messaging based on live customer signal, and running rooms or executive briefings.

Mansioni

• Get in front of customers and prospects directly with sellers and account teams on live deals.
• Travel to speak at in-person events representing Okta Secures AI.
• Run win rooms and build sales-play motions to move deals through the pipeline and track conversions.
• Own pitch decks and one-pagers for live deals and events, ensuring solid positioning.
• Turn recurring deal friction into reusable fixes to speed up next deals.
• Attend QBRs and win rooms, turning seller feedback into usable assets.
