Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Manager, GTM to lead activation and co-selling motions for AIforce in collaboration with Anthropic. This high-visibility role ties together Salesforce field teams to translate strategy into measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.

You will build joint pipeline with Anthropic, design enablement programs, and define KPIs while working with Account Executives and field leadership to accelerate customer success across enterprise SaaS.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in GTM, partner sales, or channel/alliance management.
• Proven track record building co-sell motions with strategic technology partners.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to influence sales and partner stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM partner ecosystems (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI) and enterprise AI adoption trends is a strong plus.
• Analytical rigor and comfort defining KPIs, building pipeline dashboards, and presenting to executive audiences.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM/Sales Cloud and partner tools.

Responsibilities

• Activating the GTM plan for Claudeforce, translating executive strategy into a repeatable co-sell motion with Anthropic field
• Build and manage joint pipeline with Anthropic — identifying whitespace accounts, co-selling opportunities, and top-account targeting in partnership with Account Executives
• Design and run enablement programs (playbooks, battle cards, training) to arm the Salesforce field with the tools to position and sell Salesforce in Claude
• Serve as the a point of contact with Anthropic's partnership and field organizations for day-to‑day GTM execution, field support and escalations
• Define and track activation KPIs (customer adoption, co-sell pipeline generation, win rates, time-to-value) and report progress to senior leadership.
• Lead customer activation campaigns targeting top accounts to drive adoption post‑sale, working closely with Customer Success
