Okta Secures AI is seeking a field-facing marketing leader to partner with sales on live deals and events in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will shape positioning, run win rooms, and build sales-play motions that move deals through the pipeline.

You’ll translate live signals into messaging, manage pitch decks and assets, and travel regularly for in-person events. A data-driven marketer with 5+ years in B2B tech is ideal.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in inbound product marketing, sales, partner, customer marketing, or growth roles in technical B2B (security/identity).
• Experience in front of customers, not only creating materials.
• Ability to own pipeline, bookings, or conversion tied to field engagement.
• Comfort shaping positioning from live customer signal and running rooms or executive briefings.

Responsibilities

• Get in front of customers and prospects directly with sellers on live deal pursuits.
• Travel to speak at in-person events representing the product line.
• Run win rooms and build sales-play motions to move deals through the pipeline.
• Own pitch decks and one-pagers for live deals and events.
• Turn recurring deal friction into reusable fixes and assets.
• Earn a standing seat at QBRs and win rooms by turning seller feedback into usable assets.
• Keep messaging and deal materials current with market changes.
