Sazerac Company is hiring a Market Development Representative in Dayton, OH. You will drive growth for our diverse spirits portfolio by partnering with off-premise retailers and leading distributor programs.

This role requires strong sales analytics, excellent communication, and the flexibility to travel within the territory. You will build lasting relationships with customers, educate on brand performance, and execute promotions and merchandising plans to achieve volume targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum 1 year of professional field sales in alcohol or CPG.
• Proven volume achievements in distribution and promotions.
• Demonstrated use of sales data analytics to drive results.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth solutions for assigned accounts to boost market share.
• Lead distributors with in-store selling, marketing and account execution.
• Drive volume objectives for core brands in the portfolio.
• Plan and execute programs for distribution, merchandising and promotions.
• Build rapport with customers and coordinate with wholesalers and internal teams.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure goals are met.
