Job summary

SunSource in Omaha, NE is seeking a relationship-driven sales professional to sell fluid power component repair services, develop new business, and grow partnerships with customers in Omaha and surrounding areas. You will travel to customer sites, qualify leads, present solutions, and collaborate with support teams to drive revenue and long-term success.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-year technical degree preferred (fluid power or related).
• Fluid Power Certification preferred but not required.
• 2+ years of industrial sales experience (hydraulic service/repair preferred).
• Willingness to travel within territory; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan with your manager.
• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.
• Manage and grow existing customer relationships.
• Conduct full-cycle prospecting: lead qualification, cold calling, and presentations.
• Make regular on-site visits to understand needs and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with customer service and technical support teams.
• Use CRM to plan time, territory, and pipeline.
